We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide information about vet services
- Assist customers with questions, billing statements, and processing payments
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- Warmly greet clients and their pets
- Assist clients with registration and paperwork
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer solutions
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work in an environment which may see pets under distress
