Duties and Requirements of the Job:
- Keep Property Clean.
- Create Happiness.
- Learn and know how to set up dish machine, check water level, and check placement of curtains
- Sort silver, glass and chinaware, and follow proper washing of same
- Follow established procedure for use of chemicals and all other cleaning products
- Keep dish room and kitchen clean
- Pick up supplies from storeroom and deliver to the kitchen or any other area in the hotel assigned
- Transports dirty dishes from banquet area to the kitchen, if requested
- Wash dishes or any other equipment or utensils used in the kitchen, if requested
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Mop floor in all areas of the kitchen and dish room
- Wash walls and work tables
- Assist in dish-out of banquet food and deliver banquet food to banquet areas, if requested
- Wash pots and pans and store same in a neat manner
- Store china in a neat manner
- Assures that sufficient supplies such as china, glassware, and silver are on hand
- Clean vehicles if requested
- Maintain all par levels of chemicals and cleaning supplies
- Keep all towel dispensers full
- Cleans heating carts and cres-cors
- Assist all others employees in their duties whenever required
- Other duties as assigned: Executive Chef, Banquet Chef, Banquet Manager

- Follow personal appearance and grooming standards.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with company policy regarding scheduling, uniform, absenteeism and tardiness.
- Must be able to complete daily assignments to proper specifications without assistance
Physical Requirements to Perform the Duties of the Job:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to perform duties without alteration of existing work area
- Must be able to lift/support 30 lbs. more than 3 times per day.
