Short order cook job description summary:
Prepare and serve food items according to specifications in an efficient manner while displaying the highest standard of guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Completes opening prep list – ensuring all stock levels are met in venue.

Takes orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements.

Restock venue supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on all items.

Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, slicing meats, preparing soups or salads, and making pizzas.

Prepare orders so that items served together are finished at the same time.

Clean food preparation areas and equipment including fryers.

Ensure cleanliness of venue.

All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous cashier experience preferred. One-year short order or prep cook experience desired.
Bonus paid in three installments: $250 at 3 months, $500 at 5 months, and $1250 at 1 year.
