FocusGroups.org is looking for an ambitious and driven Executive Assistant to join our team to help the CEO and other team members with a wide range of online business related tasks and projects. You will be working with cool people on some fun projects and learn a LOT along the way.

Responsibilities:
- Build out email marketing campaigns (writing content, light design work, setting up automations).
- Manage deliverables from the designers and developers (filing, following up, testing).
- Administrative tasks such as email management, meeting notes and follow ups, setting up accounts, etc.
- Building out reports.
- Managing our weekly giveaway program (finding sponsors, setting up new promotions, following up) etc.
- Covering for other team members who are out on vacation, sick, or on PTO.
- Assisting CEO with miscellaneous personal tasks.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Executive administrative support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
