Executive Chef - White Oak
Brewed to Serve Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team as we complete a million-dollar plus brand refresh.
With a rebranding that features newly installed French oak flooring, seating with Pierre Frey fabrics, custom marble and oak tables, and bespoke lounge furniture, set for completion in the Fall, we seek a culinary leader who will craft a world-class dining experience. This Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in defining the future of Atlanta’s dining scene as we build on our 12-year history of serving the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative Menus to drive new guest experiences through engaging food and wine pairings
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local farmers and produce growers to source the finest ingredients and create unique culinary events
- Design menu specifically for our Barrel Bar & Lounge
- Partner with our Event & Sales Team to create memorable dining experiences for large and small groups
- Create and curate coursed dinners which are paired with wines or bourbons and whiskeys along with the winemaker or distiller
- Mentor and develop our existing Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, and Lead Line cooks
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety
- Collaborate with our leadership team to deliver an extraordinary food experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of Executive Chef experience leading a 100+ seat fine dining restaurant with a rotating menu and large private dining program
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with front-of-house staff and management
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Sense of urgency and intensity set by a personal desire to achieve excellence
- Proven track record of creating approachable cuisine with an ever-evolving seasonal focus and European culinary sensibility
- Passion for sourcing local, sustainable ingredients and building relationships with farmers and purveyors
- Creativity and innovation in menu development and food presentation
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, and staff scheduling
