Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the shift
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement new procedures or policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food production processes
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Ability to interview, hire, and train new team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
