SCOPE OF ROLE Willy’s Mexicana Grill’s Restaurant General Managers are responsible not only for the operations of a restaurant, but also budgeting, financial analysis, marketing, information technology and human resources—functions that are supported by the home office. In addition to the demands of the business, Managers must lead a family of hardworking Team Members and Managers, who work harmoniously to fulfill Willy’s mission to deliver flavor-filled food to the community.
Your success will be measured by your ability to build sales, manage restaurant operations within a budget, hire quality candidates while strengthening relationships with current employees, and Above and Beyond Guest service within your unit.

· BRING IT! in a leadership role by ensuring all administrative functions including but not limited to processing required paperwork on company POS and administrative systems are completed in a timely manner while keeping all other management informed. You will be compile, prepare, and maintain P&L statements, budgets, and cost controls about food, beverage, and labor goals.
· Host FUELED BY FUN Taco Talks that encourages and recognizes performance, anniversaries and birthdays while informing the entire team on daily goals and challenges ahead – you are in charge of sharing the company – Utilizing a platform to communicate with your team is essential, this will build loyalty, trust, and transparency!
· Be QUALITY CRAZED when following and managing safety, sanitation, and security standards outlined by Willy’s. Being organized and committed to reporting all incidents involving Guests, Team Members, and company vehicles.
What it takes______________________________________
· Experience and passion for giving excellent Guest service, managing, and elevating people.
· Proven track record with executing manager duties for 2 years or more.
· Willingness to operate and be an operational subject matter expert on equipment in
restaurant (i.e. Fryers, Grills).
· Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
· Capability to reach, bend, stoop, scrub equipment and lift 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
· Capability to walk and stand during the entire shift.
· MOST IMPORTANTLY: The DESIRE to have fun on the job!
