Responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service via phone, e-mail and in person to Xerox clients at the client’s location.
- Providing coordination with other Xerox groups and service providers to deliver contracted services to Xerox clients.
- Assemble, configure, sanitize, move, modify, and perform firmware updates to imaging devices using approved standard procedures.
- Perform basic level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues of the imaging devices.
- Transport imaging devices using a 16’ box truck.
- Maintaining an inventory of assets.
- Escalating issues immediately.
- Inputting data into pre-defined forms and web applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible to travel as required.
- Flexible to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required.
- Gathering meter reads from print devices.
- Printing configuration pages from printers, and using printer menus.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- High School diploma minimum; some technical education preferred.
- Familiarity with printer devices, Xerox knowledge recommended.
- Basic mechanical abilities.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted on a repetitive basis.
- Must have personally owned vehicle that can be used for travel between Client locations and transport small items.
- Must be able to pass client background check and drug screen.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
