Summary:
Must have plumbing experience!!!!!
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating the assembly and installation of plumbing materials and systems according to specifications and building plans while directing and supervising a team of Plumbers, Apprentices and Helpers through the building process by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Prepares and schedules monthly manpower projections for the project for the beginning of each month and discusses them with the PM and Director of Operations.
Works closely with the PM/GC to meet production deadlines
Completes the entire take offs that are required for the project
Works to coordinator on drawings, layouts and dimensions
Adheres to all safety regulations and procedures
