Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Saturday mornings
Primary Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in locating products based on their needs and specifications.

Provide knowledgeable advice on product features, usage, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.

Process customers’ orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintaining a clean and organized environment ensures products are adequately stocked and neatly displayed.

Assist in inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, checking for damaged goods, and restocking shelves. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service as a cohesive unit.

Performs all other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of lumber, building materials, or construction industry experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle situations positively and calmly.

Detail-orientated with good organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage priorities.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to work select weekdays and Saturday mornings.
