Your Role as Our Leasing Consultant:
- Showcase apartments to prospective tenants with charm and professionalism, highlighting the unique features of each unit.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, offering detailed information about available units and amenities.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for prospects, ensuring a positive initial experience.
- Process applications and deposits efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and residents, addressing their needs and resolving any concerns that may arise.
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day property operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Desired Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work weekends is a must.
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a Leasing Consultant in residential property management.
- Strong sales acumen and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and internet navigation.
- Familiarity with property management software such as CRM, Yardi, Knock, OneSite, or Entrada is advantageous.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication across all levels.
