PHOENIX LITHOGRAPHING CORPORATION, a commercial printing company, has an immediate opening for a Direct Mail Client Services Account Representative for its Direct Mail Division at its Northeast Philadelphia facility.
This is a full time position for day shift with some overtime as needed. There is growth potential for the right candidate.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, client-focused professional with broad knowledge of USPS mail piece design, postal requirements, data management, and print production to serve as the Client Services Manager for our Direct Mail team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with sales and serve as sales support, communicating directly with clients to manage their direct mail print projects
- Capture specifications and coordinate the management and overall quality of direct mail print projects
- Provide accurate direction to the data, composition, print and mail production teams.
- Facilitate the preparation of client invoices and reconciliation of postage with our accounting department
- Stay current on USPS requirements, promotions, incentives, and practices.
- Accurately estimate postage requests when necessary
- Advise clients and sales on mail piece design and postal requirements as needed
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- In-depth knowledge of USPS mail piece design
- Up to date knowledge of USPS changes, advancements, promotions, incentives, requirements and practices.
- Ability to accurately estimate postage requests as needed
- Knowledgeable in commercial print, imaging, finishing and mail
- Commitment to accuracy and detail.
- Team-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energy environment.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 5 years experience in the mailing/printing industry
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Willing to train the right candidate.
