PT Student Assistant I
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions
- General office and game room maintenance.
- Assist with the implementation of campus programs, events, and SJC Marketplace.
- Flyer maintenance.
- Assist in designing and maintaining department display boards.
- Stay up to date on campus resources, services, and programs.
- Maintain accurate records of game room inventory.
- Provide clear and concise email communication.
- Provide weekly game room attendance reports.
- Provide office coverage as needed.
- Assist in other areas as duties are assigned.
Additional Job Functions:
- Assist in creating/updating game room flyers as needed.
- Complete assigned cornerstone trainings.
- Implement game room safety guidelines provided by the SEAS Leaders.
- Assist SJC Marketplace staff as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- If position is Federal Work Study – applicant must be currently enrolled in at least 3 credit hours. Applicant must be eligible to receive FWS funds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Remote Work Opportunities:
- The duties of this position require a physical presence at the assigned on-site work location during unrestricted operations with very limited or no opportunity for remote work arrangements.
