Our masonry construction company is looking for a bright, organized and hardworking individual with minimum 1 year experience in project management. Our Assistant Project Manager is responsible for developing implementation plans, monitoring project logistic processes, working with finance teams to facilitate reporting and analyzing project data to ensure company standards are met. Candidates must be tech-savvy and enthusiastic about learning new things. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, but also enjoys collaborating with other members of the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project proposals, strategies, and budgets.
- Understand how to read architectural plans to prepare take offs and estimates.
- Manage project budgets and meet financial goals.
- Support management in the development of strategies and plans.
- Provide recommendations to management as needed.
- Monitor project performance and provide feedback when appropriate.
- Create effective relationships with business & vendor partners.
- Most have Blue Beam Software experience.
- Maintain open line of communication with internal team.
- Reliable transportation to visit the job sites.
- City of Chicago Residence prefer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
