Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance of Identity & Access Management (IAM) services with security, privacy, and industry standards.
Collaborate with Portfolio Manager to develop IAM and CIAM program strategy, objectives, and milestones.
Refine implementation plans with IAM, Enterprise, and Application Architects.
Guide business units in implementing Single Sign-On and authentication policies.
Facilitate integration of CIAM products with existing systems.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies.
Lead and mentor a team of CIAM engineers.
Cultivate a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
Lead responses to CIAM-related security incidents and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
6+ years of experience in Information Security or cross-functional management.
Proficiency in regulatory requirements such as PCI, FFIEC, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and GLBA.
3+ years of experience in cloud IAM lifecycle management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Expertise in Identity Federation/SSO, specifically with Ping Identity products.
Experience integrating SAML, OAuth, and OIDC with application teams.
Familiarity with IAM administration, access controls, and security governance.
Preferred Qualifications:
CISSP, CISM certification.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Product Owner experience in Authentication technology.
Strong communication skills and integrity in work.
Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP Directories, and SCIM.
Familiarity with SSL/TLS encryption, RADIUS, SoapUI, and API integration.
Experience with SIEM products, SQL, or query languages.
Migration experience to Ping Identity products.
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
Experience with PingOne Advanced Services Platform.
