As a Flooring Sales Rep at Hardwood Bargains, you are on the front lines of helping and educating customers throughout their purchasing experience. You will also receive a fresh stream of warm leads from targeted online marketing campaigns and walk-in traffic.

Job Description:
Join Hardwood Bargains as a Sales Specialist with a clear path to advancement. As a Hardwood Flooring Sales Rep you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and assisting customers in their purchase journey. With access to a constant stream of new clients and the support of a passionate team, your customer-centric approach will contribute to our organization's growth while nurturing your personal and professional development.
More about the role:
- You'll build long-term client relationships by listening and understanding the client needs and requirements with a consultative sales approach
- You'll demonstrate the benefits and quality of the products and services, providing a personal and informed recommendation while ensuring positive customer satisfaction
- Keep in regular contact with all prospects
- Build relationships with industry partners including architects, builders, designers and installers
- Pursue qualified leads through phone and email communication, using our proprietary CRM and tech platform
Responsibilities:
- Lead, educate, and empower the sales team
- Craft innovative strategies to cultivate new business
- Facilitate weekly sales meetings to foster a collaborative environment
- Build enduring client relationships through a consultative sales approach that understands their needs
- Showcase the superior quality of our products and services, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction
- Proactively research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest
- Consistently close sales and exceed monthly sales targets
- Forge partnerships with industry experts like Architects, Builders, Designers, and Installers
- Master the art of making effective 'cold' calls and overcoming common sales challenges
- Stay focused and results-oriented by meeting daily outbound and inbound call targets

Prior hardwood flooring experience is necessary. We provide training and mentorship to develop the right individual.
