Rich & Gardner Construction Co. Inc. is an established Syracuse based Commercial Construction Company seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of assigned commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close out. They will interface with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and assigned project staff to ensure projects meet all construction specifications and contractual requirements while also meeting or exceeding company expectations.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year or 4 year college degree in construction technology, construction management or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience.
- In depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, schedules and regulations.
- Experience with estimating and selling.
- Demonstrated understanding of project cost reports, financial records, productivity measurement and related project documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and oversee a diverse team of vendors, suppliers and staff to meet contractual requirements.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft office suite and construction related software required.
