The Victim Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the Victim Services Unit by assisting with the sending of victim information packets, opening of victim cases, initiating victim contacts, compiles work unit activity and statistical data for reporting purposes, and maintains case documentation; assists with coordinating victim offender mediation and all other victim services programming.
