We are looking for a competent Inventory Coordinator to assist with monitoring the company’s drill pipe inventory. A successful Inventory Coordinator is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They possess great attention to detail and a business mindset.
Responsibilities
- Inventory audits consisting of verification of rack and joint counts of customer owned pipe
- Data entry, consisting of entering forklift operator's move sheets into the inventory management system
- Auditing shipping and receiving processes involving the loading and unloading of pipe by forklift operators, and verifying rack and count totals are accurate
- Performing various tasks assigned by the Inventory Manager
- Assisting customers with inventory audits as needed
Skills
- Proven experience as Inventory Auditor, Inventory Coordinator or similar position
- Minimum of 1 year experience in pipe yard inventory operations
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- An analytical mind with strong math skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent customer service skills
