```Duties:```
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one direct therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
```Experience:```
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with special needs
