Position Overview: As a Sales Coordinator at Omega Structural Inc, you will play a pivotal role in managing incoming leads, developing our social media presence, and conducting direct outreach to potential clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth and revenue. This role offers the opportunity to eventually lead our sales department and acquire valuable digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Manage and respond to incoming leads via phone, email, and website inquiries.
- Qualify leads and ensure they are directed to the appropriate sales team member.
- Maintain a database of leads and customer interactions.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase our online presence.
- Create engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, that showcases our projects and expertise.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers and potential clients.
Direct Outreach
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct outreach through emails, phone calls, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to nurture client relationships.
Sales Department Leadership
- Train and mentor new sales team members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts (prior experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
