VIESTE, LLC is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our growing organization!
The Associate Project Manager assists in the delivery of projects to successful completion in alignment with strategic and operational goals through planning, coordinating, and managing enterprise resources to achieve desired project outcomes.
The successful candidate for this position will be primarily responsible for:
- Supports Client Services Directors by managing the project lifecycle, expediting deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develops and communicates project plans, dependencies, and status updates highlighting any potential issues, including schedule, resource, cost, and risks; manages to project plan effectively.
- Assists Client Services Director and client’s Legal team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating definitive agreements with private development partners.
- Coordinates and attends regularly scheduled meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, such as agendas, handouts, and minutes from previous meetings.
- Works collaboratively with project team to analyze data and create executive reports, presentations, etc. to communicate information to clients.
- Executes project scoping and scope management planning; manages scope appropriately.
- Documents, reviews, and ensures that all quality and change control standards are met.
- Identify, define, and take action to mitigate project risks in a timely and effective manner.
- Other project management duties as delegated.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, paralegal studies, or related field.
- 2+ Years of related professional experience supporting projects, programs, or major initiatives.
- Organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Adept in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to adapt to new working methods and technological advances.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
This is a full-time, hybrid position in Memphis, TN with compensation depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
