Summary
As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. With core skills in computer literacy, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities, you will manage front desk operations, handle phone calls, and assist with various administrative tasks. Your premium skills in office management, data entry, and calendar management will be instrumental in ensuring smooth office operations and efficient workflow. Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming clients
- Answering and triaging phone calls
- Scheduling
- Assisting with meeting prep
- Data gathering
- Updating client information as necessary
- Scanning, faxing, printing, copying
- Other clerical support as required
- Assist with practice marketing
- Maintain the lobby and common areas
Qualifications
- 2+ years of similar work experience in a professional office environment, ideally in the financial services industry
- Pleasant, professional, and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Highly organized, accurate, and attention to detail
- Proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong personal and business ethics and integrity
- Desire to grow and learn within the practice
