HSE Manager
Key Purpose
The HSEQ Manager provides an oversight function related to food and workplace safety at the account. The successful candidate will implement programs for the account related to training, verification of new and currently implemented SOPs, menu confirmation, and reporting. The HSE Manager partners with, and supports, HACCP, Allergen Management and workplace safety related activities and collaborates with the area manager and local site leads to ensure relevant GEI standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements are current and maintained.
Success Criteria

Serve as part of the HSE Team to ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

Serve as part of the HSE team to review process to identify improvement opportunities for improve both food and workplace safety compliance and best practices

Coach and develop associates within the assigned area/teams
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement and audit best practices related to:

Menu signs, labels and digital media accuracy
-
Recipe Adherence
- Food Chain of command
- Food Safety

Workplace Safety
-
Leverage existing and develop new tools for food and safety reporting for client
-
Work with Guckenheimer project teams to enhance reporting functionality within PowerBI ecosystem

Recommend and implement KPI’s around food and workplace safety relevant to the operations

Develop audit protocols and regularly conduct audits related to food and workplace safety, GEI standards and menu compliance.

Work with project management and operational leaders to develop an operational framework specific to the client portfolio related to safety, operations, programming and reporting

Conduct regular training with managers and frontline employees

Ensure New-Hire training is completed within first 3 days of employment

Ensure all assigned training is completed for team members and managers

Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Experience
-
Familiar with corporate dining operations and knowledgeable of applicable FDA requirements.

Strong project management skills.
- Ability to translate business objectives and strategies into an operational program
- Previous experience developing HSE requirements for all roles within an organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with team members and with customers at all levels of an organization
- High level of organization and ability to prioritize
- Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams

The annual salary range for this position is $110000 per year - $120000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
