This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our organization's operations, contributing to the team. This position is 5 days a week onsite in KOP, PA area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, coordinating, and maintaining department policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Create and manage various documents such as correspondence, schedules, spreadsheets, and forms.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and ensure all logistics are handled, including room booking, setup, and technology requirements.
- Submit incident reports, track performance improvement initiatives, client complaints, and manage secured websites related to patient safety.
- Take meeting minutes for Compliance, Utilization Review, Quality, and Patient Safety meetings.
- Additional clerical and admin duties as needed
- Help with projects & presentations as needed
