- Summary: Assists members and agents with questions and handles some day-to-day tasks regarding member bills and payments.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required;
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Keys and balances check received, daily.
Assists in the collection process, cancellation process, and reinstatement process.
Helps to maintain spreadsheets for tracking of collections and other reports.
Inputs monthly member/insured payroll for audit review
Balances daily Billing reports
