Position: SUD Program Manager and Clinician or a Registered Nurse (RN), a Physician.

Position Summary: Join our team as a Program Manager and Clinician or physician and play a crucial role in leading and enhancing our mental health and substance use disorder services. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of clinical processes, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and development of outpatient counseling programs for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Design and implement recovery-based services, including assessments, service plan development, case management, skills training, and crisis intervention.
- Ensure all programs and services align with CTFCS policies, as well as state, CARF International, and DPH/BSAS regulations.
- Collaborate with the Program Director, Clinical Supervisor, and the President to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient services.
- Engage in direct clinical work, including individual and group therapy, particularly for intensive outpatient services.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage a diverse caseload involving children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, focusing on mental health, substance overuse disorders, and concurrent disorders.
- Provide leadership in both office and field settings to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in internal and external utilization review processes to maintain service excellence and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mental Health Clinician (e.g., LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, LMFT, LADC-1, LADC-2, Licensed Psychologist, PsyD), Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Physician, or licensed eligible APRN with at least 2 years of experience in mental health and substance use disorders.
- Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
- 2-3 years of experience in management of Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders programs and services
- Knowledge of 12-Step Programs and personal experience with substance abuse recovery (preferred).
Skills and Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of clinical treatment methodologies for outpatient psychiatric, SUD, and mental health clients.
- Familiarity with managed care systems, quality assessment/improvement techniques, and accreditation standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; bilingual abilities (preferred but optional).
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and manage a diverse team effectively.
Compensation:
- Highly competitive salary range from $62,400 to $93,600, plus performance-based bonuses.
