Chacon Autos is a reputable and well established, Texas-based business that has been around for over 60 years. We sell pre-owned vehicles to people looking for high-quality, low-mileage cars, trucks and SUVs - many of which are still under a factory warranty. We offer flexible credit terms for people with good credit, bad credit or no credit. We are the finance company for the majority of the vehicles we sell.
DUTIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver's license
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Schedule is Monday-Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm with a weekday off (5-day work-week - Must work Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm)
