Customer Service Representatives are at the helm of innovative marketing and sales campaigns for our Fortune 500 clients. Daily responsibilities include familiarizing oneself with new product and campaign offerings, staying current on market trends, and researching and analyzing community and area demographics to optimize customer interactions. Our Customer Service Representatives adopt a personalized approach to each customer interaction and client presentation, all while adhering to client compliance guidelines.
Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills & Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or consumer-based support role
- Goal oriented and driven
- Ability to interact with individuals of all demographics
- Public speaking skills is a plus
- Ability to participate in training sessions in-office in New Rochelle, NY
- Must be able to travel locally, based on client need
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to learn all necessary product and pricing information
