Job Function
Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Human Resources and Talent Management, the Corporate HR Generalist will be based out of Houston, Texas and will be responsible for the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screenings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.

Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. In addition, provide managers with guidance on performance-related matters and assist in resolving performance issues.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and HR databases.

Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant.
Required Experience

Associate/Bachelor’s degree
-
3+ years’ experience in HR field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills.

Must be proficient in HRIS and MS office applications.

Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Must possess a strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Must be detail oriented and ensure consistent results with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
