Job Summary:
This position requires inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting equipment used on aircraft. You must have an AA degree or relative experience from either the military and or equivalent industry. A minimum one year of experience preferred or equivalent. You must have good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to add and subtract decimals and fractions. This position requires quality and efficiency at the source of all testing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with troubleshooting faults in electronic circuits and systems using various types of test equipment e.g., Special Test Equipment "STE", Automated Test Equipment "ATE", data analyzers, microprocessors emulators, circuit testers, oscilloscopes, and multi-meters.
- Assist with reading and interpreting production illustrations (PI), wiring diagrams, schematics, understanding symbols, flag notes, and general notes.
- Assist with identifying and troubleshooting process, material, or equipment problems to minimize down time and recommend solutions.
- Must have obtained troubleshooting and fault isolation skills through training and/or schooling.

- Associate degree in Electronics with at least of one year of related experience and/or training in the Electronics industry OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools: Outlook, Word; advance knowledge with Excel
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and fault isolation
Capable of visualizing a three-dimensional shape from a two-dimensional view and understanding symbols, flag notes, and general notes strongly preferred.
