Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate projects and assist with order entry processes
- Handle appointment scheduling and manage calendars
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions
- Provide support in dental receptionist duties if required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a front desk or office management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience as a clerk or receptionist is beneficial
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently
