Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support our growing business with over 100 employees. The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring that our company continues to cultivate a supportive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment and maintain a high level of employee morale.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain accurate employee files and documentation
- Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
- Oversee benefits program including health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance is followed throughout the organization.
- Manage employee relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
- Track and assist with employee training, without being responsible for the development of training programs.
- Provide decision support through HR metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, business administration, or relevant field or 5 years on the job experience.
- Ability to travel to our various locations as needed

Pay: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
