Summary:
The Customer Accounts Associate (CAA) is responsible for assisting the Renewals Department in lease agreement renewals.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers

Protect Company assets
-
Direct immediate contact with all Customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s), both in the field and on the phone

Act as a Customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments

Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals
-
Document all customer appointments in the store computer system

Maintain updated customer information
-
Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed

Perform responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager when directed

Safely operate a company vehicle
-
Load, secure, and protect products in the company vehicle
-
Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned

Complete and maintain vehicle maintenance sheet weekly and route sheets daily
-
Assist the Sales team as needed

Other tasks as assigned by management
Education and Experience:
-
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Required Skills:
-
The position routinely requires lifting, loading, and "dollying" merchandise 50-300 pounds

Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills

Strong telephone etiquette

Good organizational skills

Professional groomed appearance

Good driving skills

Ability to work a schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8am to 9pm

Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
