Founded in 2000, OnePoint HRO is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that provides payroll, benefit administration and human resource solutions to small and mid-market businesses. We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be able to develop and implement the sales process and build a Sales Team.
Compensation includes a competitive base of $100,000 - $120,000 with quarterly bonuses and unlimited commission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals and revenues
- Design and implement a structured sales process
- Prospect and qualify new clients to generate sales leads using various sales techniques including cold calling, social media, research, and outreach campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce
- Identify client needs and provide customized recommendations for PEO solutions that meet their business requirements
- Conduct client demonstrations and presentations to potential clients including demo of the HRIS software
- Review and enhance existing proposals and sales documentation
- Create proposals and gather necessary documents for underwriting
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and service professionals, to ensure smooth processing and delivery of PEO solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sale deals by completing required paperwork
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of sales professionals
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience selling to small and/or mid-size business owners to C-Level professionals
- Possess a strong grasp of the sales process, excelling in lead generation, relationship building, and successfully closing deals
- Able to manage the sales cycle from initial call to close
- Ability to aggressively prospect for new business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple prospects at different stages in the sales process.
- Able to mentor and motivate a sales team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications
- Successful track record in a competitive sales environment
