The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at The West Agency - Farm Bureau Insurance is responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers, insurance carriers and fellow employees throughout daily interactions while fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. We are a small agency with a high focus on delivering the best service to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day service tasks of policy changes, billing questions, new business submissions and assist in the claims process
- Resolve service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the issue, explaining the best solution and ensuring resolution
- Maintain documentation of all client interactions
- Participate in formal and informal meetings as needed
- Other duties as required including general office maintenance
Skills and Qualifications
- An active P/C Resident Producer License for the state of Michigan is a plus and will be required for this position. If the candidate is not licensed, the agency will work with the candidate to assist in obtaining licensing.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
