- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers and gather feedback
- Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills

- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
