We are currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Receptionist in our Medical Practices. This position will be scheduled Monday through Friday with a Home location of Hornell.
The main function of this position is to receive visitors and patients, ascertain their needs and directs them accordingly; to answer telephones, makes appointments, maintain accurate patient demographic information on the computer and perform related clerical duties to support providers, nurses and patients.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years of Medical Secretarial program preferred. Six months experience in a medical/clerical field with demonstrated strong organizational, verbal, written, telephone and customer service skills.
