We are looking for an enthusiastic professional that loves a fast-paced environment to join our dental team. Qualified candidates will have the ability to handle multiple tasks, possess excellent phone skills, file documents, be able to assist patients in coordinating treatments, collect payments, schedule appointments and process insurance billing.
This full-time position requires dental office experience, attention to details, professionalism and a concern for quality patient care and customer service. Proficiency with dental management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS:
CLERICAL
- Run front desk and receptionist area
- Answer phones and take detailed/accurate messages.
- Maintain and restock supplies for front and back office
- Pay office bills including labs and any office maintenance
- Operate common office machines, such as, copiers and fax machines.
SCHEDULE AND GREET PATIENTS
- Handling disgruntled patients with professionalism, respect, and patience
- Set and confirm appointments, manage time constraints
- Maximize daily efficiency without overworking Doctor and staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a dental office
- Must have exceptional phone etiquette
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be assertive and take initiate
