M and M Heating Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for ambitious goal driven professionals to join our Call Center Customer Service/Dispatch team.
Our Customer Service Representatives are amazing communicators who assist our clients by offering solutions and identifying opportunities. The right candidate will be able to multitask well, jump in and handle inbound/outbound calls, provide 1st class customer service, book service appointments, educate, as well as upsell clients on various services, and get the job dispatched to the appropriate team member in a timely fashion.
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working in Service Titan is a Huge Plus

1+ years Customer Service in a call center environment, Sales, or Collections experience

Teamwork mentality

Able to set priorities and schedule daily duties

Ability to work independently with only general guidance as well as work closely with other associates

Ability to interpret, analyze, and problem solve complex work situations

Requires high level of tact and integrity

Able to follow directions and complete duties with speed and high accuracy
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent phone skills, persuasiveness, and passion for providing quality service to our customers

Proven record of customer focus and relationship building

Focus, self-motivation, a concentrated work ethic, problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail

Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

WORK CONDITIONS

Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc

Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time

Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job

Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently

Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables

Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate necessary equipment
