We are seeking to hire an Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our San Diego team immediately.
The Entry Level Sales Assistant will be the liaison between our clients and their potential customer base. The ideal Entry Level Sales Assistant will be able to answer any customer or client inquiries and maintain client satisfaction. The Entry Level Sales Assistant will assist our sales team by being an expert in product and service knowledge, and sales data reports to find where we can continuously increase our clients ROI. The Entry Level Sales Assistant will receive knowledge and important detail on all sales and marketing techniques, client management strategies, compliance standards, client development. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be genuinely excited to grow with a company.
Duties of a Entry Level Sales Assistant:
- Work with potential and existing customers regarding available products and services.
- Effectively communicate and present information regarding our client's products and services to gain new customers and upsell existing customers based on their desired needs.
- Becoming an expert on all client product and service knowledge to be able to answer all customer questions.
- Mastering the full sales cycle to complete sales orders for specific customers.
- Establishing continued communication with customers so they may stay informed on any product or service orders and receive the utmost customer service experience.
- Working with other members of the Sales & Marketing team to share tips to be able to learn from one another and improve as a team.
- Assist with fostering a strong relationship with client advocates.

- Have an upbeat, outgoing personality and love working with people.
- Be a natural leader and a strong team player, leadership experience preferred.
- Have experience in a related field; marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales.
- Have the ability to travel locally, work full-time hours, and meet at our office throughout the week.
- Be comfortable presenting in front of both large and small groups of people.
- Have strong organizational skills.
