· Fill and rotate product and dust product as needed throughout the day.
· Initiate interaction with customers by asking questions regarding their shopping needs and providing recommendations.
· Help customers locate items by walking them to the product.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by following through on customer requests.
· Manage product presentation by facing and filling shelves as needed.
· Build positive relationships with our customers.
· Ensure aisles are up to Eddie’s standard of readiness upon store opening; this includes cleanliness, freshness, and variety of all products.
· Handle customer inquiries in a polite and receptive manner.
· Check in deliveries and sign invoices as needed.
· Place product orders as needed with department manager.
· Advise department manager of unavailability or low availability of stock items.
· Perform product inventories.
· Work with the management team to help meet sales goals, promote upcoming events and holidays.
· Dynamically sell product by providing customers with information needed to make product-related decisions.
· Assist with store maintenance and product merchandising.
· Perform additional duties as required.'
