Part time, long term IN OFFICE hourly position Monday to Thursday with occasional Fridays. This is not a remote position. Qualified candidates must have at least one year of real estate experience in a LAW OFFICE.
The position include the following responsibilities:
- Administrative support duties including answering telephones, scheduling meetings, keeping calendar and attending to all correspondence, documents, emails, and related materials
- Tracking matters and maintaining both centralized office files in digital and where appropriate paper formats
- Preparation of documents and correspondence and distribution of said documents
- Attendance to communication with clients, outside counsel and related parties
- Filing and office organization
- Other duties as may be required by attorney
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work well independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and oral and written communication skills
