Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will support the Production Manager onsite, preparation of mobilists, project materials lists, spare parts requirements, and support all administrative aspects required on all production sites.
Responsibilities:
· Producing and issuing of site DPRs and flash reports for project site
· Tracking and reporting of spare parts consumed during equipment refurbishment and PQT execution, PQT Material consumptions and tracking sheets are maintained and up to date.
· Maintain manning plans onsite for personnel as per project requirements.
· Arrange transportation and support Production Managers for the replenishment of spare parts and additional materials in conjunction with service delivery teams.
· Assist service delivery teams, working in conjunction with project engineers to support mobilization, re-supply, and demobilization of equipment.
· Arrangement of accommodation/ Travel requirements for site personnel.
Requirements:
· Hands-on experience working in a production environment performing admin tasks and stock control activities.
Shipping process and planning.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
· Good communication skills
· Good timekeeping skills: ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own and others time efficiently.
· Familiar with planning, scheduling and able to produce reports.
· Knowledge of computer systems and programs e.g., Microsoft programs, Work, Excel, Power point & project
· Familiar with coating systems
· Working knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act and/or local legislation.
· Be familiar with the safe operation of the production line.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
