About the Role: You would serve as a Payroll and Scheduling Assistant in support of H2H Emergency Services field operations. The ideal candidate would have experience in administrative roles, particularly in the medical field, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with:
- Time Punch Discrepancies
- Time off Approvals
- Timecard Verification
- Running Payroll Exports
- Answering Payroll & Scheduling Questions
- Assessing Staffing Needs in All Offices
- Management of Schedules
- Manage PTO/LWOP
- Properly allocate employees to meet scheduling needs (call-offs, PTO requests, no shows and schedule time change, etc.)
- Daily Branch and Department Staffing Reports
- Handling Direct Communication with Branch GMs on Staffing and Schedule Needs/Wants
- Calculating bonuses
- Investigate and Resolve Any Payroll Discrepancies
- Understanding Of 24-Hour Staffing
- Creating Schedule Templates That Meet Companies Demand
- Being Able to work as a team and handle communication with different departments in an organized and professional fashion.
- Any other necessary work needed by management.
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ Years experience in Payroll
- Knowledge of Microsoft including excel
- Knowledge of EMS systems and scheduling needs (Traumasoft and/or UKG preferred but not required)
- Fast Learner
- Team Motivated
- Handle High Stress and Demand Environments
