Job Summary
Praetorian Power Protection, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in the NETA Technician (InterNational Electrical Testing Association) industry to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating testing, commissioning, and maintenance projects to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical systems, proven project management skills, and a commitment to delivering results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of NETA testing, commissioning, and maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
· Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
· Coordinate with engineering teams, field technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of project activities.
· Conduct site assessments and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
· Oversee the preparation and execution of test procedures, equipment calibrations, and documentation in accordance with NETA standards and client requirements.
· Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
· Monitor project expenses, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and other costs against project budgets to track profitability and forecast variances.
· Prepare project invoices, SOV’s, and invoice deliverables with Accounts Receivable.
· Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
· Prepare project reports, financial forecasts, and other documentation as required.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities
· Thorough understanding of electrical systems, testing methodologies, and NETA standards.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
· NETA Level III or IV certification strongly preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the NETA Technician industry.
· PMP certification is a plus.
Compensation Package, DOQ/DOE
· $120,000 - $150,000 salary
