Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather information on available housing options
- Assist clients in finding suitable housing based on their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and real estate agents to schedule property viewings
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the housing search process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and housing options
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and rental regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in preferably real estate or property management (Not Required)
- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software and databases for data entry and record keeping
