ServiceMaster Cleaning & Restoration in Redmond is interested in finding a Full Time Water Office Coordinator to become a part of our team!
In this role you will be:
- Estimating the cost of mitigation through the use of Xactimate software; negotiating costs with insurance carrier representatives; communicating with the technicians regarding issues that will affect the project schedule and/or budget.
- Scheduling of the jobs with customers and technicians.
- Reviewing the technician’s documentation for accuracy.
- Responding to emergency calls when on-call. During on-call weeks you will be coordinating technicians to new incoming jobs and uploading documents in a timely manner determined by company requirements. You will be also fielding questions from technicians on jobsites. (bonus for on-call weeks)
- Establish and maintain customer relationships as well as relationships with insurance adjusters and claim representatives
Experience Required:
- At least 1-year experience in an administrative role or insurance field
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Xactimate, Mica, or Dash Software experience a Plus
Candidates must possess the following Skills/Characteristics:
- Strong Communication, both written and verbal.
- Proficient and accurate typing skills
- Able to prioritize. multitask, and solid organizational skills
- Ability to work both within a team, and independently.
- Bi-Lingual Candidates is a plus
- Able to work in a fast pace environment with deadlines
Schedule is primarily Mon-Fri 7am-330pm with flexibility to stay late. Competitive Wages- DOE plus Benefits

Pay: $22.62 - $27.24 per hour
