We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented luxury Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join The Q to float between both the Playa Vista area and the San Fernando Valley. Empowered by a vision to create a new way of living,
Summary and Objective:
As a Leasing Consultant at The Q, you represent our brand and are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing the leasing process from start to finish, and ensuring our residents enjoy a premier experience at The Q. Your exceptional communication and sales skills will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and exceptional leasing experience. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our communities and fostering a welcoming environment.
Estimated schedule: 9am to 6pm
3 days in Playa Vista area. 2 days in San Fernando Valley.
Responsibilities:
Leasing:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Conduct property tours, showcasing the unique features, amenities and benefits of living in the community.
- Be a product specialist and brand promoter.
- Be passionate about nurturing prospects and follow up.
- Manage the entire leasing process in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Tenant Screening and Application Process:
- Explain lease terms and policies to prospective residents.
- Screen and verify applicants in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist prospective residents with applications and related documentation.
- Follow up with applicants to expedite applications and ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate move-in preparations with community management.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are promptly addressed.
- Address questions promptly and follow up in an urgent and timely manner.
- Uphold the community's luxury standards.
- Provide exceptional service that adds to the community's positive reviews across various platforms.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury sales and customer service in property management or a similar industry within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in setting and achieving goals.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a 5-star experience for future and current residents.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with high degree of professionalism.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Yardi and Yardi CRM knowledge preferred.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Time management and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward residents and community staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while providing exceptional customer service.
- Responsive to feedback and adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Adherence to dress guidelines and role policies and procedures.

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

- Reliable transportation with the ability to float between the Playa Vista location and the San Fernando Valley.
- Compensation is hourly range plus commission.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
