Work you'll do
- Provide assistance in management, organizational, and business improvement service analysis.

Duties include, but are not limited to, compiling and analyzing strategic goals, applying methodologies, models, and tools, and identifying best practices.

Utilize performance measures, benchmarking, and management standards to support assessments, program audits, and management and policy development.

Conduct information gathering from users, defines work problems, and designs system and procedures to resolve issues.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Strong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle and relevant legal requirements.

Proficiency in using eDiscovery software and tools.

Excellent data analysis and management skills.

Must be able to manage standards to support assessments, program audits, and management and policy development.

- Experience in multiple areas related to the eDiscovery environment, including but not limited to:

Identifying and collecting electronic data.

Advanced processing of Electronic Stored Information (ESI) into multiple systems, including hands-on file manipulations and conversions.

Scripting and user creation.

Setting up and using eDiscovery applications.

Integrating legal systems to improve efficiencies by creating scripts and advanced queries, introducing automated workflow concepts.

Producing and delivering data.

Creating reports and procedures.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,889to $121,481.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
